This is a 1-year top-up programme for students who have completed the BAC College Diploma in Law (DIL) and Advanced Diploma in Law (ADIL), or the UK Transfer Degree Programme (Law) Year 1 and Year 2 with Brickfields Asia College in Kuala Lumpur. The University of Hertfordshire accepts these qualifications as equivalent to Year 1 and Year 2 of its Bachelor of Laws degree.
By virtue of the combined grades of your prior qualification together with this final year at the University of Hertfordshire, you will be awarded the Bachelor of Laws degree — delivered entirely online, so you can complete your UK law degree without leaving Singapore.

Delivered by BAC College (Singapore)
Established in 1996 and formerly known as ITC School of Laws, BAC College (Singapore) has been the Recognised Teaching Centre for the University of London's Bachelor of Laws degree in Singapore since 1998, and holds articulation agreements with UK university partners — including the University of Hertfordshire — for its Diploma in Law and Advanced Diploma in Law graduates.
BAC's teaching faculty for this course all hold a minimum of a Master's in Law, alongside University of Hertfordshire staff who hold a minimum of a Level 7 (Masters) professional legal qualification as a Solicitor or Barrister, with 72% HEA-accredited.
A Globally Connected Law School
Hertfordshire Law School has an established track record of delivering External Degree Programmes internationally, including partnerships in Bangladesh, Pakistan and Malaysia, with Germany added from September, all under a Supported Distance Learning (SDL) model.
